Pivura LLC ships worldwide from our overseas fulfillment center. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the full shipping charge; we never add hidden fees afterward.
Order processing: Orders are fulfilled the business day after your order is received. Your package then ships the same day it is fulfilled, or within 1 to 2 additional days during periods of high demand. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How your order is shipped: Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment center through our logistics partners. Final-mile delivery in your country is completed by a local carrier that varies by destination (for example, USPS for many United States addresses).
Because orders ship internationally, please rely on the delivery estimates below rather than expecting domestic next-day delivery.
Delivery estimate: Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after your order ships, for both United States and international orders, in addition to the processing time above. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Free shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders of $55 or more, for both United States and international orders.
Countries we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.
Addresses we cannot ship to: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses. Please provide a standard street address at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes: Because orders ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your destination country. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless we state otherwise at checkout.
