Billing and Payment Policy

This policy explains how billing and payments work for purchases from Pivura LLC at pivura.com.

Accepted payment methods. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Amazon Pay. Available methods may vary by region.

Currency. All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may apply its own fees.

When you are charged. For one-time orders, your payment method is authorized and charged when you place your order and it is confirmed. For subscription orders, see our Subscription & Cancellation Policy; you are charged automatically at your chosen frequency until you cancel.

The full price you pay. The total shown at checkout (product price plus any applicable shipping and tax) is the complete amount due. We do not add undisclosed fees after purchase. Any import duties or customs fees that may apply to international shipments are described in our Shipping Policy.

Payment security. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. Pivura does not store your full card details on its servers.

Failed or declined payments. If a payment is declined, your order (or subscription renewal) will not be processed. Common causes include incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or bank authorization holds. Please check your information or try another method. For subscriptions, we may retry a failed charge and will notify you; if payment cannot be completed, the renewal may be paused.

Taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination, where required.

Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you, even after the order is placed.
